BLACKBIRD LEYS RECEIVES PLANNING
Planning and Listed Building Consent for a regeneration project near Oxford has just been received following sign off by the Secretary of State. The project can now move to the construction phase.

Extension to family home in Sutton
Works are progressing on the alteration and extension of a family home in Sutton. The central doors and glass roof to the extension are due to go in shortly.

BRIDGE ROAD - Planning Renewed
Planning permission has just been received for our latest residential project. The Bridge Road scheme is part of a 1980s office building located in Sutton town centre. Yeates Design have worked with the client and local authority to gain planning permission for the conversion of one wing of the building into residential units.
This will create 32 new units in a prime town centre location comprising of 24 studio/1 bed flats, 2 x 1 bed duplex flats and 6 x 2 bed duplex flats. All flats will have private outdoor space.
LAST HOUSE - WORKS START ON SITE
Site works have just commenced on the foundations for a new build house with incredible views overlooking Chichester Harbour. This replaces an existing house, which is right on the water’s edge. The project is due to complete mid 2022.
